Is this holding the game hostage?
I got into a game where we did all the gens and everyone died at the last point. I was the last survivor and was on the ground. the killer left me on the ground until I was about to bleed out then picked me up and hooked me. (I was not hooked so ds was not a possibility and I was left for about 3 mins 50 secs way longer than ds last )

I had a trickster do this to me the other day.
Safe to say my hatred for him has now grown even more which I didn't think was possible lol

I swear that whole chapter needed a redo the theme is nice but the way they did it is just annoying

Oh I completely agree. Trickster can have so much potential but when I go against Trickster players most are just something else with how they play, it's beyond boring.
Which sucks because I wanna love Trickster since he's so cool and has great cosmetics but the overall the chapter was not executed well in the slightest and we shoulda got a cool neon themed map etc...
So much more could of been done with the All Kill chapter.

Why is this suddenly more of a thing? I'm seeing multiple killers do this lately. Even to my friend, who isn't good enough at the game to be worth BMing.

I'm guessing it's the same killers complaining when survivors don't just leave when they're in the exit gates, the killers then take it out on the survivors that didn't do anything wrong in next match. Just one of those nice circles of unfun behavior.

It's a safeguard to keep you from just being left on the ground until you disconnect.
A very long safeguard.
I would call intentionally wasting everyone's time for as long as it can possibly let you after you've won and the opposing team can no longer actually play the game griefing.

The survivor could have flip flop or just unbreakable and he wait for the killer to leave before he use it. This could be a thing so the dev dont want to remove an option the survivor have to escape the killer.
Ofc i think doing that kind of play as a killer is the same as the survivor t bagging at the exit gate both are a D move.
But i dont think this can be reported because the killer play the game by the rule

I mean, borrowed plus DS is basically a free escape on virtually any map WITHOUT body blocking. So no idea why unbreakable and flip flop is magically an excuse.

At least the killer can force them out. The survivors just have to sit there and wait.
Just give them an option to bleed out faster if everyone's been on the ground long enough.

I agree 100% with you if you are the last guy and the killer let you bleed out you should have the ability to skip it in a way like in many game you have the option to let yourself die but in that game i would only give it to the last survivor alive because of hatch

If you're the last survivor you should be able to Force-Trigger a mori after 60 seconds, or at least summon the entity like in Endgame and have it terminate the match by killing you.

Holding the game hostage would be like if I was the last survivor and a killer bodyblocked me from moving and End Game Collapse isn't active, so basically being stuck from anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours.
