How about we just throw a bunch of animations into the mix?!
Picking up, dropping, vaulting, breaking Pallets/Breakable Walls, damaging Generators, missed M1 attack recovery, successful M1 attack recovery, opening Exit Gates, closing Hatches, hooking, grabbing, searching Lockers, being stunned by Pallets, being stunned by Decisive Strike, being stunned by Blast Mine...
Not movement speed though, ######### that.

Aye, and everything affected by it would only be twice as fast if it was 100%.

just frontload the stacks
stack 1 gives 8%
stack 2 gives 6%
stack 3 gives 4%
stack 4 gives 2%
stack 5 doubles the bonuses
could be more front loaded could be less but it is an idea
or even cooler, start with a 2% bonus and every stack doubles to bonus maxing out at 32% at 5 stacks, and for scaling factor I guess just say it maxes out at 30%/31%/32%

Maybe start off with a boost and then you still get stacks as the game goes on. Maybe a 10% boost to start off? Also Adding more things fire up boosts would be good.
