Soul guard doesn't activate when a hex is in place
As the title suggests or is a actual fact I can't revive from the dying state when a hex is in play and not only that it requires to be hooked once I believe which defeats the purpose of the perk to counter slugging and I require this often as Blendette I get oddly left on the ground and run tenacity and I believe that the requirements of the hex even existing is good enough if there is a one hook requirement. Please look in to this as my friend says to just run unbreakable yet I don't get endurance upon getting up and definently need this to he fixed.
To find the bug run a hex, get downed heal and watch nothing happen even if you have been hooked twice. It worked once but that is all it ever has.

Soul guard doesnt care if theres a hex in play, it cares if you, personally, are cursed by one. If the hex doesnt curse you until youre hooked, then you have to be hooked for it to activate. If it takes someone being hit by noed for the curse to apply, then someone has to take the hit.

Only if youve touched a gen and let go before it was finished, before ruin was destroyed.

I heard somewhere that Soul Gueard is broken, bugged somehow on these days and works only once, it should be definitely working everytime when you're cursed by Hex as you can read in Perk description.

I will actually test this out if that is in fact the case then per this quote the text needs to be altered or clarified to make it easier to understand as based off what is listed below, I naturally assumed a hex just existing should have been enough to make it work. As well I then don't understand why it was given a nerf of 30s cooldown as this would substantially limit then use and already the condition that you must in fact be directly affected by the hex.

I have had that same experience to only ever have had it work once I actually now use it for healing so after healed I am not immediately injured or instantly downed after getting back up.

Okay your right this isn't broken I guess the fact I was assuming I am cursed automatically but secretly based off the ingame info and the cooldown is too much considering you have to leave the hex in place for the effect and you run the fact of no hex being in game at all. But either way I appreciate your assistance as this has greatly helped me to understand the perk.

In tutorial status effect list "Cursed: The Survivor suffers a secret penalty related to a hex totem, cleansing the hex totem releases the curse" this is what caused my huge confusion. Considering that the game will actually tell you in game which hex it is when you touch and cleansing it making nothing about it secret. But I am glad to be able to make it work.
