crash at decisive moments on PS4

Hello,
After the update to fix the PS4 crashes, some crashes have decreased, however, in recent days it has happened again in crucial moments, such as when the survivor is near the gate, at the moment of the blow the screen freezes and thus gives a tremendous advantage to the survivor and points are lost for this problem. Remembering that I'm currently using the PS4 console.
I ask for help, as I am losing many points due to this crash which, according to what was indicated by support, should have been corrected as informed in the call "776378".
