Bought auric cells but got nothing... help
i bought auric cells... it loaded and loaded.
then i got a error message with purchased failed and at the end it said something like after the next launch i shall get the auric cells. restarted the game still nothing arrived.
what can i do?

You should probably contact support, and see that they say.

https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - that's the Support address, they will be able to check if the payment went through, try to show receipts etc please if you have them. It will save time if requested by Support.

i can show them from the steam purchase history but how can i prove it via ingame?

yes that will be enough, just want you to add as much information as possible to the original ticket, so that you save time - there's less for them to come back and ask for, if you've supplied all information.

There is a two step process to buying auric cells through steam. First check and see if the funds are in your steam wallet, if so, then you now have to purchase the Auric Cells with what you have in your wallet.

yeah i know.. after purchasing it in the steam pop-up window it loaded ingame for like 15 seconds and then gave me the error.
but apparently it was just enough to go in the store and it you get the credits. so its solved luckely
