If you dont want to use it then dont. Just know you will efficency around the killer shack or every loop with a window.

I think Bamboozle is fine. Yes it is mostly used by killers like Bubba, Billy and Wraith. That is because their powers are mostly countered by windows, so it would be logical to use a perk to fix that problem.

I do agree, tho, that it will become stale pretty fast, but to be fair, that is with ALL perk combination on any killer that is used many times. Things like Ruin+Tinkerer on Blight or Thana + Dying Light on Freddy when that was still a thing.

I am already happy I don't see those combo's often. Especially multiple times in a row. I don't mind the occasional good or predictable combo, since I don't see those killers that much, except for Blight.

I think most strong vaults are near other vaults making the perk utterly pointless on anyone without an instant down.

    Boring, but counterable.

Against Killer's like Bubba, it makes prethrowing pallets his main counterplay which nobody likes. But on a lot of tiles, it's also really easy to counter.

As a solo survivor, I think it’s fine. Slower killers especially need something to help counter loops.

I mean, yeah, it definitely makes sense why Bubba's use it. Doesn't make prethrowing pallets anymore fun, but it's understandable.

    As Killer

I like this perk. As Killer you tend to be not very patient and Bamboozzle shortens some loops or whole chases by alot. It can make the process of killing more efficient and as a Killer especially as a killer whos not that good like me it's nice to have it helping out.

    As Survivor

It's not the worst perk to go against but kinda unfun because it takes away the whole mindgame/mikro gameplay. Usually a good chase is based on deep game knowledge, experience and mindgames. And it takes away the mindgames and lots of game knowledge bc it makes certain things obsolete to think about. And that's always bad if things start to become braindead actions.

My personal statement? I don't care. There are so much other things that are THE worse of all problems. And Bamboozzle is very far down the list so I don't bother for now.

I love seeing killers with bamboozle. Most of them play EXTREMELY predictable with it,making it even easier to loop them

Oh, yeah, the mind game of whether a survivor is going to abuse a window or not, always tricks me 100% of the time. I literally never see that one coming.

Sorry, I don't speak entilted one sided role player language who are bad at mikro and makro gameplay. I can't translate but maybe if you'll learn you'll understand one day. Or not.

    On most killers it's fine.

On certain killers it's unbearable to go against

I use it in most of my Bubba games. But when I take it off, I wish I had it still on lol.

It doesn't really matter to me too much because if they are desperate for it, you can play around that fact. The only time I can't is on those weird balanced, dance with me (I think?), loops. Bamboozzle still wouldn't help because I have no idea where they went and they don't exactly need to revault. That is why I do not run it. And if I ever do run it, it will specifically be to combine the vault speed with fire up. Not for the block.

I find the perk boring but I also find it boring when the survivor just runs circles on those god windows on Badham, Haddonfield, Groaning Storehouse, etc so until those are fixed I'm running it on every M1 killer.

  • understandablr reactions but i do think shack is overrated

I don't like it, which i should on paper considering i like doing the chase as Wraith.

Even before his buffs: Going through windows is really not necessary to significantly shorten the chase unless you're in the Killer Shack or that one super-long wall that looks like this from above: |___ ___|

And at least in my games, Survivors often don't vault the same window twice in 16 seconds.

So to equip Bamboozle only for those 2 Windows, i'd rather put on Fire Up instead.
