SBMM is a great improvement for most players.
SBMM is easily a great system for most players. Now you won't have a killer with 100 hours getting placed vs survivors that have 2000 hours each. And vice versa for survivors. I think most players now won't get as frustrated since they will face players of their skill, thus a more fair chance. In other words a more fair and balanced system for the most.

I agree. I like to meme around. Jumpscare Myers, just seeing how many quick scope shots with Deathslinger I can land, only using the chainsaw as Bubba and never using M1, not to mention weird perk loadouts just to see how they go.
I never ran meta stuff and never sweated for a 4k. DbD has never been that kind of game for me. For serious PvP, I have other games better suited for it. I don't take this game any more serious than I do Arsenal in Roblox, or did F13.
SBMM will be nice for me, as I'm pretty certain my MMR is low to mid, at best, and doubt I will ever climb all that high.

Everyone will have more equal matches. Now hopefully it reduces the sweat lol.

It'll likely still happen, tbh.

Hopefully it happens less frequently. I feel it's unfair for less experience players with like 50 hours in the game to get placed vs hardcore veterans with 6000 hours. Which happens frequently in the current system.

If anything, SBMM will only increase the sweat.
Think about it. This game tend to slide very heavily one side or the other. If you are not sweating it mean you are going against a bad killer or survivors. That or you are the side losing. "Equal" matches are the sweatiest of all, exactly because the players are on even skill.
What we can fully expect is a lot more survivors throwing themselves at the killer in the end game and killers showing more mercy at the hatch and doors, just to avoid bloating their MMR too fast and stay away from their inevitable sweaty skill ceiling.

I think sweaty players are just that, some people just prefer to play more sweaty in general. And honestly I have no problem, that is the way some people enjoy to play games. But the thing is I don't like to play sweaty. So If people play more chill even if they are at a high level then I'm gonna assume they will go down in the ranking system to a medium level. Since I'm going to assume the try-hards/sweaty users are going to be at the top of the ranking system. So I think people who play sweaty will always play sweaty, thus they probably will reach a high level quicker and be at the higher levels.
