It seems their is an issue where it has locked my dlc chapters that i all ready have unlocked and i kept some of them all ready i tried redownloading it and is still giving me this issue i dont know if i lost them or not but it seems i cant play tell their back unlock i can try redownloading the ps4 style hopefully it will work but idk hope this can be fix.

add the dlcs back to your library in the store. i had same issue

I had the same problem on PS5. I redownloaded the DLCs from the PlayStation Store and all the killers and survivors I had purchased are now showing. Thank you!!

no problem, it seems like all ps5 players might have that issue
