Same thing happened to me - I'm freaking out a little!
I have every killer and survivor in the game... all were level 50!
Please fix ASAP!!!

My survivors were p3 but lost 10 killers and and 9 survivors that were already p3. If you go to the store it shows your character the way you had them dressed so mine are in their p3 and it’s quite obvious I already own them but it wants me to buy them again

If you go to the store and click purchase, it should say free and you can get your charcters back
