Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I updated my game to play the new chapter, but after I bought Cenobite, I had realized Curtain Call Chapter, Halloween Chapter, and Stranger things Characters were locked. If anyone else is experiencing this bug on console I have found a solution, go to the store and “buy” the characters again but since you’ve already bought them it’ll say they’re free (yes even if you bought with iridescent shards)
