[GAME BREAKING BUG] Sound went completely out while loading

Description of the issue: My game audio went completely out while loading into a match. I had to restart the client. I could still hear music through Spotify, and made no changes to my options.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Load into a trial, see if the sound goes out.
How often does this occur: First time for me.
