Playing AS Cenobite and DC from Host After Using Lament Configuration

Title. Was playing a game as the Cenobite (using just his personal perks) and after using the Lament Configuration to trigger chain hunt I tried breaking a pallet and then my game stopped responding and I got the disconnected from server message.
Something else to note was that a survivor DC'd early on in the match, not sure if they just quit out but it could possibly have been another Cenobite DC issue on their end.
