Cenobite is NOT good against good survivors.

Like come on we ALL agreed on what he needed and you blatantly disregarded it. All he needed was bug fixes and for his chains to hold on a half second longer, and yet here he is feeling the EXACT SAME as he did on PTB.

Hell you didn't even fix that his teleport can be abused.

Come on he was SO CLOSE to being perfect and you threw it away.

Edit: Before you say that I'm the problem, I have no problem against these types of survivor as any other killer.

I agree. He's probably average against good survivors, and he's miserable to go against as a solo survivor who in the overwhelming majority of my games, my teammates all stop playing with 1-2 gens to go and wait for someone else to win the game for them. It's ######### miserable to play against and at this point I'm looking for people to SWF with or I'm done with this game. It's just not fun anymore. But I guess congrats to killers who got another chapter just for them?

With good add-ons (Chatterer's Tooth, for example) and the box teleport, Pinhead can be respectable. I tend to not use his chains unless I'm in a map like Gideon or Midwich.

Clued up survivors can easily counter his chains.

I have played 7 matches with this killer, I have 4Kd about 3 of those and the other 4 were 2ks and less. The main difference between them? the survivors could loop in the games I got less kills.

Survivors can run and get into position as your camera gets pulled to the portal and they can still move while you're shooting the hook. You gain no distance on the survivor because for the time you're stuck in place the survivors can still move.

If you played Nemesis, Deathslinger, Clown, even Twins for god sake you can loop survivors FAR better than with Cenobite.

I'm not saying overly buff him, I'm saying what everyone else has said about him during the ptb, his chain needs to hold on a half second longer because even if you hit a survivor, you gain no distance due to you being stuck in place and them still being able to move.

because the active power is not intended to short chases (if you manage to risk and hit that's better) the active power is anti looping, as it slows and stops them from vaulting.

To short chases you have the pasive chains, which of course, won't be there 100% of the times, but to prevent them survivors need to stop their objective to take the box and risk for you not to teleport to them.

literally wrote it in the next line. My next comment sums more about the pontential of the pasive chains.

So far he seems like the definition of a high skill, low reward killer.

And he's weak to W. Any killer weak to W is just kinda bad against good survivors. He might do alright against average survivors once people learn how to play him.

He is bad against anyone. He might be worse than Legion. His chain ability has high risk with low earning. If miss it once, survivors are gonna go far away ahead, and it would not make much different if the chain hits. Just play him as a blank 4.6 killer would be the best. Just delete the chain and buff the box ability would even be better.

I'll say once again, why does he break his own chains... side note the environment should speed up breaking the hook not instant.

2 changes would buff him massively

No I disagree. I think it just takes a bit of time to really practice him.

I don't think he is op or anything, but I think he is pretty strong and might not need any further buffs.

And the devs did address the issues that people had with Pinhead.

His chains feel more consistent, and there is a much harsher downside to holding the box hostage now, that's exactly what people wanted from a Pinhead buff.

He is honestly so much fun in my opinion.

Most people who play this game don’t swf up and are not good though….
