When the survivor was knocked down while entering the locker, you can't pick him up

Platform: PC; When I knocked down survivor, while he entered the locker, I couldn't pick him up. The button just did not appear, no matter how I twist around that surv. It happened twice in one game(I've played just 2 games after last update) I think the way to reproduce this bug it's just to kill someone, while entering locker animation.
