Can I get someone permabanned for having used slurs in the past?
I played against a person that used slurs. I was wondering if with screenshots, I could get them permabanned? They've done it twice to me, about 6 months ago, after separate games, and twice to my friend about 5 months ago, both times separately. I saw them in a recent game and although this time they didn't say anything offensive, it reminded me about the times they did. Thanks!

Hm, it depends. If you're definitely sure it's the same person, you can report them to DBD Support but an in-game report would be needed back then to ensure the evidence wasn't doctored and the game did take place.
If it's not on PC and is instead on console, report then to the specific platform where it occurred.
Worth noting chat offences aren't perma bans without several previous warnings and temporary bans.

You would need to have reported them in-game at the time, in order for the chat logs to have been kept. I am afraid that screenshots alone won't be sufficient as evidence in cases like this.

@GoodBoyKaru @MandyTalk What if they had done it multiple times? So, for example, they would get temp banned this time, but since they did it multiple times in the past, even without warnings, wouldn't that skip over the 24hr -> 48hr -> 1wk period? Assuming, theoretically, it could be proven.

They would still need to have been reported in game, without an in-game report nothing can be done.
And then it's down to our team of ACM's to handle, they are the ones that handle in-game reports.

Ah, so once I've left the post-game chat lobby without reporting, nothing can be done?

So essentially "can we cancel someone in DBD like we do on Twitter".
