Pyramid Head Ability takes longer to use

So I was just playing Pyramid Head after the new update - and i saw that his ability takes longer to use and the noise isn't the same time as the actual action. There's nothing on the patch notes about this either. Is this some bug or a shadow nerf?
I can post a video if you cannot see this. It occurs everytime i use pyramid head.

His rite of judgment startup is still the same, it's the animation that's making it seem like it's slow which makes it really annoying.

It also takes longer to be able to use your punishment of the damned, you have to wait for the end of the animation
