Executioner torment animation audio (and visual?) bugged

When playing as the Executioner, initiating the Rites of Judgement to form a trail is bugged. The audio is definitely bugged, as it isn't synced with the animation and is very audibly off. The visual might also be bugged, but I'm not sure if this is new/intended? The beginning of the animation is different (the animation takes longer than before and its separate parts are more easily discernible) and I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but at the least is very obviously out of sync with the audio.
