Where did my characters go?
I was in a match and had to quickly leave the game. The next time I logged in at least 20 characters (survivors & killers) were gone. In the menu they look like I’ve never bought them. But in the store I can see that I have 4 bought customizations for Feng Min.
Has this happened to anyone before and what can I do about it?

It seems to be an issue with the BHVR cross progression account. I am having the same issue. Best thing you can do is wait for a fix of some sort.

I have been having the same issue, but the characters that are locked are fairly random.
Only two of my characters get locked, Elodie and Cheryl, and the rest are unlocked (despite buying some characters after buying Elodie and Cheryl). My Elodie is level 50 (like the rest of my characters) and I just recently prestiged Cheryl (Prestige 1, level 11). All of my characters (except Stranger Things DLC) have been bought with Iri. Shards.
This is very strange, and I don't understand what it is that's causing the issue. Sometimes when I restart my computer the characters will be back, but after my last restart they didn't.

I had most of the characters on Lvl 50 as well and at least 2 Prestige Lvl 50. A friend of mine bought me the Stranger Things DLC recently as a gift and I was looking forward to buying 2 customizations for them as long as I can still can but now they’re gone. I’ve restarted my game multiple times and wanted to start it on my Steam Account and then on Stadia to see if that did something but couldn’t yet
I just hope they’ll fix it but glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this
