Lament Configuration counting towards red Glyph objective in tome

When I'd go against Pinhead I was getting credited with doing 2 glyphs a match. Suspected this bug but confirmed when the puzzle box spawned right next to a glyph and after I did the box I could no longer interact with the glyph because it counted the box as my fifth glyph. It only seems to count it as a glyph the first time I do the box in a match, not every time.
