Purchased Jane Romero Not Avialable

So I purchased Jane Romero a long time ago. Perstieged her twice and even purchased outfits for her. Now she is completely unavailable for me to play. The game is requiring me to purchase her again. This is strange because it shows her outfits are purchased and I am still able to use her perks on my other survivors. All other purchased survivors and killers I have access to but Jane.
