Legion FOV and Executioner Sword Plant

Just played a game each as these two and found that Legion’s FOV doesn’t increase when in frenzy. I don’t know if their speed is affected at all, but they feel very slow since the FOV increase is lost.
Executioner’s sword plant when he uses his power for some reason is extremely slow. Nothing is changed mechanically but it feels very VERY sluggish.
I am on Xbox One thought I don’t believe that matter.
