DLC characters not available for play across linked accounts (Steam/Stadia)

Step 1 : Link Steam and Stadia DBD to BHVR accounts.
Step 2 : On Steam, purchase/download DLC and observe survivors/killers appear in game.
Step 3 : On Stadia, purchase/download DLC and observe survivors/killers appear in game.
Step 4 : Notice on linked accounts, DLC purchased on Steam cannot be seen in the linked Stadia account. DLC purchased on Stadia cannot be seen in the linked Steam account.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This did not occur until the Hellraiser patch
