Jane's "Striped Dress" Torso cosmetic bug: Arms stretch oddly and sleeves detach

Jane's Brown (might also be happening to the black version of this cosmetic) "Striped Dress" torso cosmetic glitches out when she's doing certain actions, most notably when she repairs the long side of a generator. I can see it most glaringly on her right arm, you can see it stretch oddly and then the sleeve at her elbow comes apart and you can see her arm underneath.
This bug is new to the pinhead release as her top didn't do that before that release, in case that helps at all
