PC - Rites of Judgement is incredibly slow

Description: It seems the animation of Rites of Judgement has been slowed significantly. It doesn't even match up with the audio cues anymore and makes Pyramid Head much more sluggish in chase.
Steps to reproduce: Just load into a game and use Rites of Judgement
How often does this occur: Any time you use the ability.

Happens on PS4 as well, not sure about Xbox but I'd assume it happens there too
