STEAM - in-game purchased survivors greyed out

Step 1 : booting the game after the update

Step 2 : playing as survivor

Step 3 : I noticed that some of the survivors I owned before the update are now greyed out and unplayable unless bought again. On the screenshot you can see that Laurie Strode is level 7 which wouldn't be possible if I didn't own her before. I'm also missing at least Ace (I always play Meg so I don't remember everyone on the list but those two were next on my plan to upgrade). I bought Ace from inside the game and not a DLC, don't remember for Laurie.


EDIT : tried the trick I've seen on other posts for bought DLCs (going to steam to pretend to buy it then quit) and it worked. BUT it gave me access to survivors I'm certain I didn't have before. So I think it's still a bug.

    No, we don't share the account. Although several accounts use the same computer. But no one had access to my steam account.


    UPDATE : the characters are greyed out again (after closing and restarting the game).
