We need bug and vault fixes, not another killer
Killers have the ability to hit and blood lust on top of their abilities, and perks. Why are they also able to hit through windows after a survivor has already vaulted and crossed on the other side? 9/10 vaults have been useless to myself and those I watch use them. Without fail, you will see the killer get the hit and the survivor is at least a dead hard measure away on the other side. I personally suck at 360ing (which still isnt a guarantee to not get hit). When things are killer sided like this, and taking what few resources the survivors have, it kills the fun of the game. We dont need a new killer, the game at its core needs changes.
Also my mistake if its not...but isnt the point of the game the chase? There should be more of a focus on the cat and mouse aspect? (Not gen rushing to exit the game, not camping or tunneling to get the 4k, but to have a long eventful game-ride and not focus so much on the destination?) Guess behavior will just keep catering to killers?

So the reason you get hit through windows is sheer greed. If you are within range of their weapon you get hit. Stop vaulting when a killer is directly behind you. Bloodlust can be dealt with by making them break a pallet, if you can't force that it's not the game it's you. There's a roll back system to prevent any hit from happening at excessive ranges (unless you're a ranged killer like Huntress, Deathslinger or Plague) or on the opposite side of pallets. Try playing both sides, you'll see how "sided" or "biased" the game is.

Idk what the range is, so maybe thats what it is. What looks like shouldnt hit, does. Otherwise why would I and others be so notibly far on the other side (not like getting hit through pallets although there are often hits that shouldnt connect that do). I may be greedy when trying to conserve pallets, but lets not pretend like theyre all safe and that killers are going to break them all.
I anticipate that if i wait to vault and theyre not "directly behind me", but close enough theyre going to mind game and close the distance, especially with my luck with bumping into random objects and corners.
Ive played killer, albeit no where near as much survivor because I personally dont find it to be enjoyable. I hear and read the comments and memes of when survivors play killer vs when others play killer.
Every other game has the potential to be fun when there are different variables. When exhaustion perks dont work, game glitches, and im suddenly disoriented (or the killer magicly lands a hit that makes me wonder what kind of entity voodoo this is) thats when the game stops being fun.
I love when a play actually works out (i never expect it to) or being scared by a really good nurse (ex). I dont love the "hit validation" they claim to have. Im sure killers face their share of it. Still feel like theyre being catered to. I dont blame behavior for it. They want peeps to play killer. Im sure we'd all be happier with the game that we know has potential, as it should be. Or should I just manage my expectations?

The people that bug fix aren't the same team as the people that make new content.
