Obvious cenobite cost/reward

For cenobite, one thing that is obvious is the cost/reward of actually standing still. Killers that stand still gain the ability to deal damage with their Teleport or stop survivorsfrom movimg entirely (hag and trapper) spirit stands still but can deal damage, they removed clowns slow for his slow. But for pinhead it's an unholy mix of not moving while aiming, just to aim again for a slow that lasts not long. That means misses are too punishing. Nurse can blink through walls with that gateway aim and deal damage.
