Players losing access to purchased DLC

Hello, people of the Fog! 

We are currently working on fixes for issues affecting PS4, PS5, Steam with Family Sharing enabled and Stadia with cross progression with Steam. After updating to version 5.2.0 some players might have lost access to one or more DLCs that they own.  

PS4 & PS5 Players 

For Playstation players, there is a potential fix available.  

If you own the DLC product from the platform you are playing on (PS4 DLCs on PS4 & PS5 DLCs on PS5), redownloading the DLC manually, should regain you access to the content. Please refer to this instruction here: https://www.playstation.com/en-ca/support/games/find-download-games-ps-store/  

Steam & Stadia Family Sharing 

For players on Steam (with Family Sharing) and Stadia (using cross progression with Steam or vice-versa): the fix will be coming in next bugfix update.

    Update: Patch 5.2.1 on the 14th September 2021 has a fix for this issue, so the issue is now resolved.
