My characters are gone???

Hi there,

I love this game and have levelled up my characters a lot. I played last a couple days ago and went away for a couple days, just to come back to pretty much half my survivors not selectable again and 3 of my killers not selectable.

The characters include:

Felix, Steve and Nancy, Kate (who I prestiged to 3), Quentin and Laurie.

the killers include: The clown, the blight, and the nightmare.

need some help because I spent a little bit of money to get these and I don’t want it to be wasted. Especially since I was grinding and getting so much better. Please need help, WHAT DO I DO???
