MMR is a joke until the hacking/cheating gets fixed
I don't think bhvr cares at this point, I'm someone who loves this game even after 5,000 hours. I put up with a lot of changes, but I literally can not play dbd because my mmr is so high. I literally get hackers 80% of my lobbies.
Yesterday I got the same hacker 3 times, insta heal themselves and use super speed any time you hit them to make it look like you lost them, then they disconnected my match. Others who just insta completed gens then forever stunned you
Today:
One who I didn't see all game, then spammed the self hook at the exit gate showing off their cheats
One who forced me into a 2 killer game
One who held me hostage for 2 hours because I refused to DC - and they had the ability to instant regress the generators so no survivor could finish the gens to end the trial (there were two hackers in that lobby) they also insta did 4 gens at once
One on the game, who teleported outside of the map with the pinhead box and attempted to make me teleport outside so I would be unable to play
One on haddonfield... need I go on????
this is literally ALLLLLL today, after waiting 5-10 minute killer queues on top of that
Please, I literally can not play the game with MMR just because I'm good at the game, the only other players at my mmr are hackers. This is literally the worst thing ever, I just want to play

Yeah, i got matched with 2 cheaters today. One blatant and one subtle who just instahealed me to healthy from the dying state a single time during the endgame. Its the subtle ones im most worried about, the fact she was hacking the entire time and i never knew is very worrying regarding MMR. Some of your teammates could be forcing wins to get high MMR and you'd never know because their cheats are too subtle.

Ive faced my first obvious hacker today, we're talking about instant healing, instant remote healing, hooking themselves, unhooking themselves, D-striking without being hooked, flying/hopping in the air, more than 4 perks, Head On stunning for 30 seconds, who knows what else.

i just can't with this it's so bad at high mmr like what am I as a player supposed to even do just find a different game??? bc i legit can't play in this

What the hell......
I knew the anti cheat had a serious problem but this? Ufff.

The subtle ones are the worst thing. During the last MMR test I had a survivor insta finish a gen from 70% to 100% without any toolbox or perks, and the only reason I know it happened is because Tinkerer activated, which means if I didn't have Tinkerer, I would have just thought that the survivor did gens as usual. (a third of my games were against hackers, because prior to that test i had only lost like 5 or so matches as Blight in the past 6 months, so yeah high MMR)
There is no way to differentiate between subtle hackers and good players at high MMR, which is just one of the reasons why having high MMR is just bullshit.
This game is not ready for MMR because of its ######### balancing, and hackers just exacerbate it.

MMR is a joke, yet another time BHVR reminds us they don't give a ######### about veteran players. The higher MMR levels just consist of the sweatiest perks, items, addons, characters, and map offerings. It's not any fun at all, and it's not skill based either. BHVR, you're just driving your veteran players away.
The hackers and cheaters dont help either, they'll all end up there.

This is really bad. I noticed the sweatyness as well. At least I seem lucky when I play soloq. With 4k hrs i am a veteran, but I never really liked all the meta ######### too much. And thankfully my more supportive playstyle (although I CAN loop quite well) puts me to high-midrange and not high MMR for some reason. But once I play with some friends who like to loop a bit more than me, it's just one tunneler/camper affter the other.
Same goes for killer.

Or those subtle hackers whose MS is 103%. You don't notice, but they can loop you longer, especially if you are only 110%.

Yeah it's just straight boring and BHVR doesnt care to rework the bad killers or perks to give us more variety

They would need to implement a system that evaluates the strength of perks/items and include that in the mmr

The hacking did get worse - which is baffling, considering it´s always been pretty bad to begin with.

Agreed, but that would require them actually knowing jack ######### about the strength of the things in the game lol

Yep, exactly.
Thing is, having high MMR is already a curse where you'll most likely find these people and you won't be able to differentiate between them and survivors who are good. At least without MMR, finding hackers, subtle or otherwise was a rare occurrence.
Even if you could, you'll be sweating your face off to try and outplay people whose objective is to hold M1 on a thing.
It's not worth it. I stopped playing. I'm hoping something changes. But I doubt it.

I watched the stream and felt the hacker I got matched wasnt close to those kind of hackers but I got one survivor who were using the speed hack, not much speed but enough for me to notice he was on an unlimited "Sprint Burst" but after the game I noticed that this guy didnt have any speed perks other than "Adrenaline".. and it was 1 gen left when I noticed he was hacking sooo.. Yeah.. I was playing as Bubba/Leatherface. After the game the survivor blamed that he was lagging but he was clearly not lagging cause I have seen lag in the game.. many times and I have seen speedhackers before and this was speed hacking. Hopefully Behaviour is working on a better anti-cheat cause these things isnt acceptable. Especially not to a game that are using a rank system.
I know that the game doesnt really have a "competetive" but at the same time it doesnt have "quick play" either. And to work towards a more competetive playstyle this needs to be fixed.
