I know that this isn't the most pressing bug to report but I haven't seen any reports of this so I figured I would bring a little attention to it. Specifically the billboard blue cap hairstyle and similar versions (and the blond skull head), the hair clips into tops with hoodies or collars, namely the cropped top, truth to power, biker's jacket, and similar tops with hoods.
