Nemesis Zombies reactions

I have recently seen the clip of Nemesis’s zombies reacting to Discordance. So I was wondering if there were other perks that alert the zombies?

    They react to everything that triggers a sound notification for the killer. Tinkerer, red herring, deception, divertion, spies from the shadows, etc. - all of these do the trick.

    I'm guessing pebble might as well but never tried it. It may be hard hitting near a zombies detection range though.
