Suffocation Pit Bug

So in Suffocation Pit, right outside the Basement Area of this building, Survivors can crawl up along the wall and cannot be picked up (see the top photo). The Jake in this photo sat here until a Survivor came to pick him up, which I just couldn't prevent.
This has happened in 3 games of this map now, so it's time to report it as a bug. People are starting to abuse it.
