I was thinking cosmetics, because you maybe wanna see how the character would look with diffrent clothing that aren't sets.

ohh so like being able to see mixed and matched cosmetic pieces? that's understandable but i feel like there'd be a better way of doing it

Yes
We should have access to everything.
Having access for free isn't good for Behavior, but we should be able to earn or buy everything that's come out.

The only thing you don't have access to in custom is killer's power. All the new perks are there to test out.
Wanna use killer, buy dlc. Half of them can be bought with shards.

sure why not

That has to be one of the dumbest things I've heard in my entire life. Everyone is already able to earn (i.e. buy with free Iri Shards) or buy (i.e. purchase with non-free Auric Cells) everything that's come out. It's not like there's some hidden important content, which isn't accessible for players.

Then tell me where all the Rift content and anniversary rewards are, genius so I can swipe for them.

Rift content is gradually getting released in the store - a lot of Rift cosmetics are already there. Anniversary rewards were always meant to be exclusive for the event and everyone who cares one bit knows that. And you not being there for it, when it was explicitly said numerous times that there is limit to getting it, is not the problem of the game, it's your problem. Besides, both Rift content and anniversary rewards are pretty much free things (yes, you'll have to buy 1000 AC for full access, but if you don't spend it on anything, you'll have to buy it only once, as you get all spent AC back through the rift track) and players have free access to it when it matters.
Limited content is well in its right to exist and people who missed it aren't entitled to it.

Did you change your opinion just because I mentioned something that's not in the store, or what?

Did you just imply that useless cosmetics you get from Rift and events are "important content" or what? lol

Why are you even arguing with me? The thread asked if we should have access to all characters and cosmetics. I said yes.
Quit changing goal posts.

I don't see why not. No licensed characters and cosmetics tho, for obvious reasons.

But they should have a proper dress-up section in the store so that people can see what goes with what.

Yes. Customs should should be a free rein ground to test and do whatever you want with your friends. You should absolutely be able to trial test DLC there, IMO.

Since players don't earn anything from playing in customs anyway, I feel that you should be able to play whomever you want. Heck, you already have every character's tier 3 perks available, why not characters?

I think access to characters would be fine but not all cosmetics. Instead, I think in the store we should be able to select and view the different cosmetics without it resetting the outfit. I really don't understand why this isn't a thing already, to be honest. Sometimes I use photoshop to see what specific items would look like together so I don't end up wasting my auric cells.

I don't think that's fair. Just buy them...

Sometimes you wanna test the outfit before you buy it, see it in motion. Test drives exist for a reason, people.
