    No, you must kill all 4 survivors with tombstone

    Try switching out Bamboozle with Discordance. The problem with Evil Incarnate is the mid game where you're about 50-70% full on stalk but you can't find anyone. Discordance helped me for that.

    Nope, you have to kill all 4 survivors whilst they are injured or healthy.
