I E'fing Love Plague
Since SBMM got added I decided to take some time to play some of my lesser played killers. Since the 8th I've been consistently playing Plague and my God is she fun to play. Corrupt purging a survivor several meters in front of you just about to make a pallet is super satisfying or the setup of vomiting on gens and gaining info from that. Begs the question on why she's not played all too often. I don't know, just a love thread for our underrated Bubonic babe.

I also recently became a Plague main. When survivors give you your corrupt purge and you become an omega Huntress, it feels so amazing.

Great! You are one of those 5 people who like Plague. I think she is pretty fun but i like other killers more

Plague has always been my second best killer. She’s fun but too inconsistent for me to main

Plague is fine. A very solid Killer.
Most people underestimate her and her power and never cleanse or cleanse at the wrong fountain or run into her on the way to cleanse... I like playing against Plague. The games are good, Plagues mechanic is cool and you have clear indicators for counterplay. A good Plague can get very far.
I think most people ignor her because she is not "fancy" enough or because they just never saw her in action. This is a cicle: People play what they see or deem powerful. They never see a good Plague, as such they never play her.

I would actually love to play plague but 90% of the time i hit a survivor with my vomit, they cough but don't get infected at all- so it's frustrating

Part of the reason she's not played often is the inconsistency of hitting players with your puke. Where you hit them and they make sounds/ do the animations as if they were hit but nothing happens.
That's why I don't play her as much but before dedicated servers I did a ton.

Yep! Plague in a nutshell.

I recently started playing Plague a lot a couple months ago. I love her a lot and she’s really fun.

I play her on and off. she just has too many issues that frustrate me compared to other killer's.
- Her puke is inconsistent, at least on console) survivor can be standing right in front of her and not get infected but go through the cough animation. Aiming wise is also iffy with dedicated servers.
- Her point scoring system. Playing her correctly with infections and utilizing her power goes massively against you on emblems and points in general. If survivors cleanse repeatedly, that's a massive point deduction for the health states. I generally think no other killer has that problem. She gains very little points using her vile purge power also.
- The constant whispers while corrupt purge is active is way too loud, doesn't need to be a thing.
I generally think she needs the Nemesis treatment where survivor's have limitations on how many times they can cleanse per game or at least have a drawback for cleansing with skill checks that get harder per cleanse.

Plague is consistent. Fun, you can make some challenge, you can improve with her, and she gets the job done. 7/10, one of my preferred killers for a casual night

She is a very fun killer. She somewhat relies on a bit of RNG in the game, such as chases being near a corrupted pool. Where your starting corrupted pool spawns. Things like that. But she is great at controlling areas and has tremendous snowball potential.
80% of plagues strength comes from knowing when to power up and knowing when to simply let people be infected
