Is anyone else having trouble healing?

I don't know if this is a real thing or just a weird series of matches. Playing survivor today, I had a few times where a teammate would try to heal me and then keep starting and stopping. When I tried to heal others, sometimes it seemed like the action would cancel for no reason.

I know healing cancels if someone moves during it, but it didn't seem like anyone was trying to move away. Has anyone else had this happen?
