Pallet hit validation bug is not only with pallets..
I'm sure we're all aware that sometimes you'll get the pallet hit validation bug — where the sound of a survivor is injured/downed happens at a pallet but you get stunned and it prioritizes the stun over the hit and they don't get injured/downed?
Well I just got out of a match where this actually happens with Head On too. Had a Jane hiding around a locker and I lunge m1 and hit her, but I got Head On'd by the Steve in the locker after the hit and it did the same sort of thing. The scream, the blood, but no injured status.
I unfortunately didn't have my instant replay on to capture it but has this happened to anyone else?
EDIT: I know that hit validation is working as it should I just wish that they'd fix the auditory/visual cue that they were injured/downed because it still throws me off a lot in chases when this happens.

Impossibiru! How can a pallet change effect lockers? This defies all scientific reasoning. Do you... Think pallets were once stored in lockers and that gives them the same powers of the entity?

It's probably just all stuns in general, where you seemed to hit her first but the server read it as stunned first.
Edit: also wanna clarify that this is not a bug, its intentional by the devs.

Makes sense to me. Especially since this benefits the survivors. So if the entity is giving these pallets powers...and those powers are benefiting survivors more...then that must mean...NEA IS THE ENTITY CONFIRMED! WE DID IT BOYS, WE CRACKED THE CODE!!!

It’s not just pallet validation, it’s just regular hit validation here. You got stunned according to the server before it received your input (which was you hitting the survivor).

The problem for me is that this already messed with my head. I am never sure if they are down or not.
I need to poke em to be sure even if they are still laying down.

Yeah I know that technically the hit validation is working as it should but I wish they'd remove the audio and blood effect. It messes with my head and I immediately "relax" because I think a chase is over but it's not. Even when it only takes me a split second to realize the bug happened it puts me behind in chases a lot.
