Your console probably has a way to do it that is unrelated to Dbd.

Same on Steam DbD only uses your Platform accounts name. So I guess changing your account name of your platform will change your DbD name accordingly.

Have to do it via changing your PSN ID or XBL gamer tag. No way to do it separately in game.
