we brought old ruin back?

it remove's it's inert synergy with tinkerer so and it goes back to being an early game perk


that way it gives the tool back to lower mobility killers and becomes a little less desirable for high mobility killers


as a nerf though , i'd ask for survivors not to be cursed while a generator is blocked to stop it from stacking with corrupt/

    Old Ruin did nothing but affect low ranks. Or grades, I guess.

    High grades, where the regression is needed the most, survivors can hit the skill checks just fine. Or they'll tap like they used to. New Ruin is a lot stronger imo.

    Old ruin required 0 effort on the killers part and worked way too well against low rank while also doing nothing to high ranks

    Yes, please bring old ruin back and get rid of current ruin.

    I personally think that the current version of Ruin is stronger than the previous iteration, and also less annoying from a survivor pov (especially a colour blind survivor).

    I don't think changing Ruin so that it doesn't synergise with Tinkerer is really the answer, if there's an issue with Tinkerer then that should be considered on it's own, regardless of how it works with Ruin.
