Is Demo Currently Bugged?

I was playing a normal game of DBD then after a dc, suddenly Demo lost all his animations, tea posing going invisible after portals, no clipping, it was bizarre and defo not hacks as I had a convo with the person afterwards and to him apparently it was normal gameplay on his side.

Was wondering if anyone could share clarity on ######### I just witnessed. Again. Defo not hacks, its hard to even explain the level of messed up the game got.
