Remove Spirit's stand still mindgame

The lack of information on what Spirit is doing is what makes her so boring so play against in my opinion. By adding something which tells survivors when she enters phase will make her feel a bit more interactive to play against, and it will prevent her from getting free hits for doing literally nothing.

    You can tell when she just stands still and when she starts phasing by her hands/head movement. Xeno has some clips explaining this, you should check that out.
