We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Killers unable to vault window in Family Residence

This was discovered on PC but is probably the same for console.
The window that can spawn leading outside from the generator room in the main building on the map Yamaoka Family Residence will not allow killers to vault it from the inside. It is possible to vault the window from the outside.
This was tested on multiple killers and the problem remained the same.
Survivors can vault the window both ways without issue.
Here is footage I took of the bug. This was recorded in a custom game but I first encountered this issue in a public match. The video shows the specific window in question and demonstrates how the promt to vault will not show up when attempting to vault it from the inside as killer.
