game being ruined all by new changes
After seeing how the last few chapters have been going i don't think the devs care about the killer half of the community for a few reasons
1 several resent chapters released sub par killers in the twins the trickster and sadly pinhead is even is poor with out his add ons
2 the only major buff was trickster which made him playable
3 the killer perks and add ons keep getting nerfed some times when they don't need it when a lot of survivor perks that do need it get left
4 gen rushing is still a major thing i just played a myers game and 3 of the gens were done in about 1 minute 30 seconds making it impossible to react
5 killers get punished for camping and tunneling when its most of the time the only way for us too get kills
6 twins still need a buff but are left too rot
if anyone doesn't feel the same then that's fine this is just from my point of view and my opinion all i hope for is that the killers get a bit of attention that a lot of them need

how do you get punished for tunneling. I know you lose emblem points if you camp but how do you get punished if you tunnel.

Regarding Point #1: I mean Nemesis is like another Pyramid Head with an interesting and unique (albeit flawed and heavily RNG) zombie mechanic. Majority of his addons aren’t anything to write home about, but overall he was a cool concept.
But I get what you’re saying. The devs seem to rely heavily on PTB to actually see how a killer actually performs rather than do extensive QA internally beforehand (hence the crazy bugs present in MANY PTBs). They just want to create hype for their new content and use the PTB as both free marketing and using the players are non-paid QA testers.
Your thread title seems to be incorrect though - more like the devs don’t make ENOUGH changes for game health.

If we just look at the last 4 Chapters:
Pinhead, Nemesis, Trickster, Twins are all not weak. You may argue with Trickster, but Pinhead and Nemesis are solid and Twins are actually pretty strong. If we go for the last 8 Chapters (aka 2 years), we have Blight, Pyramid Head, Deathslinger and Oni, all of them being very good.

I cannot really remember any Killer Perk which got nerfed aside from Undying, but come on... Add Ons also only Exhaustion Add Ons (which do not have any reason to exist anymore, they were heavily outadted) and Iri Heads... And again - come on. Meanwhile, Survivors got DS nerfed, which was asked a lot by Killers.

You can lose 3 Gens early and still win the game. The first Gens are the easiest for Survivors.

You dont need to camp or tunnel to get Kills. Also, you dont really get punished for it, especially not for tunneling.

Wow lol. The Twins and Trickster are amazing killers and Pinhead is really decent. There have also been some really good killer perks that have come out with them like Starstruck and literally all of Pinhead's perks. Every survivor perk released during that period is horrible.
