We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Survivor tutorial unable to finish

Whenever I tried to complete the survivor tutorial the trapper would take the survivor away and disappear. It would then ask you to unhook that survivor and she is nowhere to be found so you are unable to hook her.
