Unequal free DLCS on platforms should be normalised

On steam, for free, you get; Basegame, Left Behind chapter, The Last Breath chapter and Lullaby in the Dark chapter.
On Console, for free, you get ; Basegame, Left Behind chapter, The Last Breath chapter, Lullaby in the Dark chapter, Flesh and Mud chapter, Spark of Madness chapter, 80's suitcase and bloodstained sack.
On Switch, for free, you get; Basegame, Left Behind chapter, The Last Breath chapter, Lullaby in the Dark chapter, Flesh and Mud chapter, Spark of Madness chapter, Shattered Bloodlines chapter, Curtain Call chapter, 80's suitcase, bloodstained sack, headcase and a exclusive outfit for the trapper.
I think every platform should have equal free access to these dlc if one platform has them.
