Does the DS Head-on double stun still work?

I haven't been able to land it regardless of how soon I press the button. Is this a me problem or have other people had this too?

You have to time it when the DS stun animation ends.

It still works but I would do Head On and then DS rather than the opposite. Much easier to use properly... definitely speaking from personal experience, hehe.
