Some add-ons could have some cool cosmetic changes

Does anyone else think it would be a neat little idea for some add-ons to have some cosmetic changes? For example, on Nemesis there is the Plant 43 vines add-on that makes it take longer to open vaccine cases. Imagine if the vines were actually on the cases when using the add-on. Or with Clown he actually has the exact fingers from the Pinky figure and tattoo finger add-on on his little finger ring. Just something simple and fun for specific add-ons that make sense.

It would be cool. But I don't think the devs would bother adding such details.

I imagine Myers hiding Judith's Tombstone under his suit, totally not visible.
