Small Game coordination

PHARMACY: "[...] Searches through Chests are 40/60/80 % faster and the noises they cause along with their hearing distances are reduced by 0/4/8 metres. [...]"

TECHNICIAN: "[...] The noises caused by your Repairs and their hearing distance are reduced by 8 metres.[...]"

My proposal is to coordinate SMALL GAME with these perks, adding the following effect: "Cleansing totems and disarming traps are 40/60/80 % faster and the noises they cause along with their hearing distances are reduced by 0/4/8 metres."
Of course, cursed totems' cleansing shall produce an explosion, like now.

    -So somewhat 7 sec tier 3
    -Makes 1/3 of Thrill of the hunt useless evem on tier 1 (40% > 30%)

    I would keep it as it is.
    Maybe give a small bonus to cleansing
