Stuck music after fixing Lament Configuration

I was fixing the box, the killer came and hit me the moment I was done with the box with the chains and I dropped a palett. I was constantly hearing the little jingle you hear while fixing the Lament Configuration until I was knocked down.
Enclosed my game log, game was played around 6 pm CEST.
